Libby in the Twin Cities Marathon

Perfect weather for a marathon. Mom and Dad, Karin and Tim, and uncles John and David turned up on Summit Avenue to cheer on Libby in her first running of the Twin Cities Marathon. Also cheering on Libby -- while riding along the route on their bicycles -- Paul and Wendy! Yay!

Millie's and the old Steinlicht homestead are headed for demolition. Anne happened to be driving down that street recently and saw the "Demo Sale" sign and stopped. There were old lounge chairs and things outside on the lawn being sold off. She asked the people in charge if she could go in and look around the houses for old time sake, and she took a picture in David's old room, still with the moon and truckin' star painted on the ceiling. Good times ...
